At Viaroi, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly offer a 30-day return guarantee. Please read the following details to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return or exchange process.

General Return/Exchange Guidelines

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Item Condition: Returned items must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and must include all original tags and packaging. Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or have any odors will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, swimwear, underwear, and other intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Change of Mind Returns

Return Window: If you’ve changed your mind, you can return items within 72 hours of receiving them, and the return shipping will be covered by us.

Return Process: Once the item is shipped, you will need to wait until it arrives before returning it to us. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Returns/Exchanges Accepted If:

  • You received the wrong size, color, or item

  • The item has a defect, damage, or a major color discrepancy

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a full refund or exchange.

Returns/Exchanges Not Accepted If:

  • The wrong size or color was selected by the customer

  • The customer simply changed their mind or dislikes the item (unless within the "Change of Mind" return policy)

  • The item is not in its original, sellable condition (used, worn, or damaged)

  • The return is made without prior approval

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Submit a Request: Email us at support@viaroi.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Receive Authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the correct return address.

  3. Ship the Item: Return the item using your local post office or a reliable courier. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless it’s our fault.

  4. Send Us Tracking Info: Please email your return tracking number. This is required to process your refund or exchange.

  5. Receive Refund/Exchange: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund within 7 business days or ship your replacement item.

Important Reminders

  • Do not return packages to the address on the shipping label. We cannot process any packages sent to an incorrect address.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) returns are not accepted. We only accept returns sent with prepaid shipping.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and are not eligible for refunds.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product error or issue on our part.

  • Failure to provide return tracking information may result in delays or denial of refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

If your order included shipping fees, those will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
