At Viaroi, we want you to feel confident in every hair accessory you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to make things right.

1. Return & Exchange Timeframe

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition and packaging.

  • All tags, seals, and hygiene protectors (if any) must be intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number) is required.

Non-eligible items include:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized/custom-made accessories

  • Hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened or worn (e.g., hair clips)

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact our customer support team at sale@viaroi.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return or exchange

  • The reason for your request

Our team will respond with instructions and the return address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Return & Exchange Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • For exchanges, if the replacement item is available, we will ship it after receiving and inspecting your return.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

5. Refunds (For Returns)

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
