Return & Exchange Policy

At Viaroi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags and packaging.

  • All returned items must be sent back in one package.

  • Returns must be shipped using the same service as the original delivery.

  • Only items shipped within the same country as the original delivery address are eligible for return.

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Naturally defective or damaged items are always eligible for return or replacement.

Viaroi reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.


Return Shipping

Return shipping and any applicable import fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
We do not offer free return shipping unless otherwise stated.
In the case of a defective or damaged product, Viaroi will cover the return shipping costs.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at help@viaroi.com and provide the following details:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photo or video of the product (if defective or damaged)

⚠️ Please do not return any items without first receiving confirmation from our customer support team.

Once your return request is approved, please pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging with the receipt included and ship to the following address:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or an error was made by Viaroi.

Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of being placed.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
